Having worked in front line Emergency Medicine for over18 years, and navigated my mental and physical health issues with energy medicine, I am dedicating this new season of my life to supporting and empowering others along their journey of healing and transformation.

I help my clients achieve emotional balance using Eden Method, EFT/Tapping, Biofield Tuning and level 1 Cranio Sacral Therapy to release unwanted emotions, chronic pain and trauma. My work is supported by using the principals of the five rhythms from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and following all nine energy systems of the human body to create a harmonious and balanced result.
